Sun & Pepper
Julie and Moritz – known as Sol & Pepper – authentically share their journey towards greater awareness, self-connection, and inner strength on Instagram. Together with their three children, they have experienced a moving journey that has led them both around the world and deep within themselves.
Their experiences, thoughts, and mindfulness impulses are reflected in every detail of this calendar – a passion project that will accompany you mindfully, powerfully, and inspired for 24 days through December.
For each day of Advent
A mindful moment
Every day in Advent, you draw an inspiring card: the front features an empowering affirmation, and the back offers a mindfulness impulse, a ritual, or a small exercise for your day. The themes range from gratitude and self-reflection to self-love and creative power.
Some cards in the Sol and Pepper Advent Calendar lead you via QR codes to audio meditations or breathing sessions – voiced by Julie. For even more depth and presence.
The cards are designed to be used beyond the Advent season – by December 24th, you will have a complete card set.

The advent calendar works like a card display: you hang it up, pull out a card each day – and after Advent, you're left with a beautiful mindfulness card set that can accompany you beyond December – for example, as a morning ritual, journaling prompt, or loving reminder in everyday life.
The production takes place in Germany, sustainably and plastic-free – with environmentally friendly paper and water-based inks.

The calendar comes as a high-quality card display. You hang it up using the wall mount and pull out a card daily from December 1st to 24th. The affirmation accompanies you through the day, while the impulse on the back provides concrete inspiration or small exercises. After Advent, you can use all cards as a permanent mindfulness set.

Affirmation cards are cards with positive, powerful statements that guide your thinking in a constructive direction. They help you strengthen self-confidence and self-love, find inner peace, and focus on what matters most.
What topics can I expect in the cards?
The impulses and affirmations cover a variety of topics such as mindfulness, healing, self-love, inner strength, trust, intuition, and awareness. Each card has been carefully designed to support you on your journey and encourage positive changes in your life.
How big are the cards and the calendar?
The cards are 8 × 10 cm, printed on both sides, and made from high-quality paper. The wall or card display is approx. 150 cm long and 29 cm wide – a real eye-catcher in your home.
