What is the Oh Shanti Box?

The Oh Shanti Box is a surprise box that you can order once
or as a subscription (without a minimum term). It always contains 4
Mind Cards (one for each week) with mindfulness themes for personal development, as well as 3-4 high-quality self-care products for body & soul.

Each month, the boxes focus on a different theme and are carefully and lovingly curated to always guarantee a unique experience.

How does the Oh Shanti Box work?

You can order the Oh Shanti Box either as a one-time purchase or as a flexible subscription - with no minimum term. If you subscribe to the Oh Shanti Box,
you will receive a box every month with 4 folded cards on mindfulness topics and an affirmation card for personal development, as well as 3 high-quality products for your personal self-care. The box will be delivered directly to your door. If you choose a one-time delivery, you do not need to cancel and will only receive one box. If you choose the flexible subscription, you save money and receive a different box every month with varying focus topics. You can cancel your subscription ANYTIME, there is NO minimum term. This guarantees your monthly dose of mindfulness and self-care.

What's in the Oh Shanti Box?

Each box focuses on a different theme, such as self-love, gratitude, etc. On this theme, each box always contains a card set – consisting of a matching affirmation card, as well as 4 folding cards (one card for each week) with mindfulness impulses, exercises, and tools for personal development. In addition, each box contains 3-4
high-quality products for your self-care, such as gemstones, candles, natural cosmetics, and more. All products are vegan, cruelty-free, and produced as fairly and sustainably as possible.

Can I skip a box?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for one month at any time in your customer account, for example if you are on holiday. Simply log in to your customer account to do so. You can manage your subscription box yourself under "My Subscription".

How do I change my account details, delivery or billing address in my current subscription?

You can change your data for your current subscription at any time in your customer account.

How do I cancel my Oh Shanti Box?

You can change your box at any time in your customer account. If you cancel by the last day of the month,
you will not receive another box in the following month.

I have ordered an Oh Shanti Box, when will I receive my first delivery?

The Oh Shanti Box is always shipped by the end of the month. This applies whether you ordered the box as a one-time purchase or on subscription. If you order by the 15th of a month, you will still receive the box in the same month. A later order will only be considered for the following month.

Can I give the Oh Shanti Box as a gift?

The Oh Shanti Box is a wonderful individual and personal gift. Simply choose whether you would like to give the box as a one-time gift or as a subscription. During the ordering process, enter the delivery address to which the box should be sent.

Can I also order the products from the Oh Shanti Box individually (or reorder them)?

Yes! You can order the individual products from the box in our shop after they have been included in the box.

Shipping

Can I order the Oh Shanti Box or individual products from abroad?

Yes, we ship our products to all EEA countries, as well as Switzerland.

How much is shipping for the Oh Shanti Box?

Shipping within Germany is free. For shipping to Austria, we charge €4, and to Switzerland and all other EU countries, we charge €8.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?

For the Oh Shanti Box, you can pay via PayPal or credit card.

For individual products, we accept advance payment, Sofort Überweisung, PayPal, Sepa Direct Debit, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, credit card, and invoice (via Klarna).

Is payment for the Oh Shanti Box subscription debited automatically and when is payment due?

The first payment will be debited immediately after the order is completed, and from the 2nd box onwards, payments will automatically be processed around the middle of the month when your subscription is triggered.

How can I change my bank or credit card details?

Simply log in to your customer account. You can change your data under "My Subscription" at any time.
