I ordered an Oh Shanti Box, when will I receive my first delivery?
The first Oh Shanti Box will be delivered immediately (within 3-5 business days). This applies regardless of whether you ordered the box as a trial subscription or a regular subscription. If you place an order after the 10th of a month, you will receive the following month's box, which will be delivered towards the end of the month (between the 20th and 25th).
What are the shipping costs for the Oh Shanti Box?
Shipping for the Oh Shanti Box is free, regardless of whether you order a subscription box or a single box.
Is billing for the Oh Shanti Box subscription automatic, and when is payment due?
The first payment will be debited immediately after the order is placed, and from the 2nd box onwards, payments will automatically be debited around the middle of the month when your subscription is triggered.
Can I skip a box in my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for a month at any time, for example if you are on vacation. Simply log in to your customer account. You can manage your subscription box yourself under "My Subscription."
