Smudging with sage helps you energetically cleanse, heal, and protect your inner and outer space. Due to its high content of essential oils, it has a disinfecting effect and is like a balm for body, mind, and soul. Its white, sweet smoke is perfect for smudging rituals. Light your smudge bundle and move from room to room. After subsequent ventilation, the newly gained positive energy is immediately noticeable.

The smudge bundles come from fair and organic cultivation and are hand-tied. The farm in Southern California uses no pesticides or growth hormones and dries the bundles in the sun.

You can choose between a set of 4 bundles or 8 bundles, each 10 cm long. Both are lovingly packaged in a small gift box including an affirmation card and information on their effects.

Application: Heat the tip with a lighter for about 30 seconds. Then fan out the flame so that the sage only glows and smolders. Use a fireproof dish and do not leave the smudge bundle unattended. Ventilate well. Can be used multiple times.
