Application:

Cleanse your face thoroughly before use and apply some facial oil or moisturizer. Hold the Gua Sha stone with the straight side down and start at your chin. Guide the stone with gentle pressure outwards along the jawline up to the cheekbones. Then stroke over the eyelids to the ear & under the eyes to the ear. It is important that you always stroke the Gua Sha outwards from the center of the face. To relax the neck, you can stroke the stone from the underside of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone.

Tip: Place the rose quartz Gua Sha in the refrigerator beforehand for an additional cooling effect.
