One of the most beautiful ways and means to find yourself and approach your life and everyday with serenity. Meditation can help you gain strength, self-confidence, and relaxation.

Learn to meditate in a few steps:

1. Meditation tip: Ease into it slowly

In the beginning, it's not so easy to focus and let thoughts just pass by. Don't overdo it at first, and start with short meditations to avoid frustration. You can then gradually extend the duration.

2. Meditation tip: Regularity

Stay consistent and ideally establish fixed meditation routines. See how it best fits into your daily life and meditate, for example, every morning before getting up in bed or in the evening before falling asleep.

3. Meditation tip: Focus on your breath

At first, it will be difficult to stay focused. Thoughts will keep coming up, for example, what you still have to do later or what happened during the day. Try to consciously concentrate on your breathing and always bring your focus back to it.

4. Let thoughts pass by

If thoughts keep entering your mind during meditation, don't judge them or yourself for it, and visually let them pass by.

5. Meditation tip: Be confident

Perhaps at first, you might think you're doing something wrong and simply can't meditate because you can't switch off your thoughts right from the start. That's completely normal. Realize that you can't do anything wrong and that you can learn meditation. You just have to keep at it, and you'll soon succeed.

6. Meditation tip: Guided meditation

Guided meditations are often better for beginners. Here, you are taken by the hand and led through the entire meditation.
